This leads to a deficiency of ergosterol and to the intracellular misoprostol dose accumulation of squalene, which causes cubicle downfall of the fungus. Lamizila action is by inhibiting the enzyme squalene epoxidase, misoprostol located on the cubicle membrane of the fungus. |
